Bicuspid aortic valve is the most frequent congenital cardiac disease but its characteristics are little known. We report two consecutive cases of pregnant patients with aortic bicuspidy, one with a severe aortic stenosis and one with a severe dilatation of the ascending aorta. We describe the anaesthetic management of delivery for these two cases and summarize the current recommendations for management of this condition during pregnancy. %G French %2 https://inserm.hal.science/inserm-00847853/document %2 https://inserm.hal.science/inserm-00847853/file/ANNFAR-D-13-00125R1_soumis_16_Mai_2013.pdf %L inserm-00847853 %U https://inserm.hal.science/inserm-00847853 %~ INSERM %~ UNIV-PARIS7 %~ APHP %~ UNIV-PARIS
