We build upon a new model, diffusion directions imaging, describing the random motion of water molecules in fibrous tissues, to develop a multifiber deterministic tractography algorithm. We apply this algorithm to track the corticospinal tract in two patients suffering from tumors at different stages, with and without tumor infiltration. %G English %2 https://inserm.hal.science/inserm-00725366/document %2 https://inserm.hal.science/inserm-00725366/file/Workshop_DDITracto.pdf %L inserm-00725366 %U https://inserm.hal.science/inserm-00725366 %~ INSERM %~ INSTITUT-TELECOM %~ EC-PARIS %~ UNIV-RENNES1 %~ CNRS %~ INRIA %~ UNIV-UBS %~ INSA-RENNES %~ INRIA-RENNES %~ IRISA %~ IRISA_SET %~ INRIA_TEST %~ TESTALAIN1 %~ IRISA-D5 %~ INRIA2 %~ UR1-HAL %~ UR1-MATH-STIC %~ UR1-UFR-ISTIC %~ TEST-UNIV-RENNES %~ TEST-UR-CSS %~ UNIV-RENNES %~ INRIA-RENGRE %~ EMPENN-R %~ INSTITUTS-TELECOM %~ UR1-MATH-NUM %~ UR1-BIO-SA
